這是天后宮。

面對廟，左手邊有廁所。

主祀天上聖母。

相傳鄭成功來台共帶了三尊聖母，其一是攻下赤崁樓後留守水軍所供奉的大媽，即現今台南鹿耳門天后宮的開基聖母；二是隨軍隊開墾，最後建廟於台南市山上區的二媽，本廟即屬這個系統，稱玉二聖母；三是由山上天后宮分靈出去的嘉義天后宮裡的玉三聖母。
