往明德水庫方向走，快到水庫前要左轉。

上來後有超大的停車場和廁所。

走到底右轉就是日新島。

進去要買票，一人一百元，可以抵餐費。

從一號吊橋走進去。

進來後，右手邊步道可以走一圈，中間是切西瓜的路線，左手邊就是咖啡廳。

我們先去逛咖啡廳，最後再去走一圈。

咖啡廳叫水榭樓台咖啡館。

左手邊整片都是鳥園。

右手邊就是咖啡廳入口。

再往前，左手邊是廁所，廁所旁有小路可以走下去，下面也有些小動物。

繞一圈回到咖啡廳。

從廁所再往前走，裡面也是鳥園。

這樣咖啡廳這頭就逛完了，接下來去走步道。

回到一號吊橋旁，往步道方向走。

這裡可以拍到明德水庫旁的明湖水漾會館，我們已介紹過。

再往前，左手邊有牛、羊。

右手邊有棟已封閉的建築。

再往前走。

走到底就是二號吊橋，也是另一個出入口。

回頭後，繼續往前走。

再往前走，有情人橋和天長橋。

走到底就回到咖啡廳。
