義民祠在路的盡頭，因旁邊是龍潭高爾夫球場，所以算是無尾巷。

進來後右手邊就是義民祠。

下方有福德龍神香位。

左側有沿革，這廟的供奉對象有二：一是為紀念當年在開墾時，為對抗原住民，而喪命的先民們；二是在日治時期時，為抗日而不幸喪生的抗日英雄們。

面對廟，左手邊有廁所。

最後還有一座瑞春亭。
