北苑公園在石門水庫風景區裡，你要去的話得要先經過收費亭。
風景區很大一片，你找到石門發電廠（從大門進去，靠左穿過隧道後走到水壩，過了水壩往下走就是石門發電廠），過了發電廠後，往裡走到底就是北苑公園。
進來後有超大的停車場。
再來就會看到遠處兩座涼亭，往涼亭方向走。
進來後，左手邊是廁所。
我們由右往左走一圈。
右手邊有庭園造景。
再來有喜雨亭。
最後是惜水亭。
回頭後就是剛才入口旁的廁所。
