攝計師真心不騙評價：這是座老戲院，很適合復古風照片，戲院對面還有一間醫院，建築很漂亮，已被指定為縣定古蹟，喜歡老建築的人可來走走。
Yingting Shih’s Review Summary: This is an old theater, perfect for taking retro-style photos. There is also a hospital opposite the theater. The building is beautiful and has been designated as a municipal monument. People who like old buildings can visit here.
戲院就在路口。
1964年開幕的利澤戲院當時可是約會的最佳場所，連楊麗花都來演過。現早已停業，只剩建築可以緬懷當年的繁華。
售票口。
在戲院對面就是利生醫院，建築很漂亮，偶像劇曾到此取景。
利生醫院前身為林木溪先生在1914年創建的診所，目前所見為1935年改建成果，已被指定為宜蘭縣定古蹟。
在醫院前方路口還有利澤簡橋的舊橋墩。
