攝計師真心不騙評價：平城宮跡是日本第一個登入世界遺產的考古遺跡，其重要性無庸置疑。整個園區有很多景點，東院庭園是當初用來舉行宴會和儀式的地方，有點像是現代的迎賓館。因為庭園內有座湖，所以你可以從四面八方拍到庭園倒影，很適合拍照！
Yingting Shih’s Review Summary: Heijō Palace Remains is Japan’s first archaeological site to be registered in World Heritage, and its importance is unquestionable. There are many attractions throughout the park, and the East Palace Garden was originally used for banquets and ceremonies, a bit like a modern guesthouse. Because there is a lake in the garden, you can take a reflection of the garden from all directions, which is a good place for taking pictures.
面對大殿，最右手邊走到底就是東院庭園。
左側有停車場，旁邊有廁所。
往裡走，右手邊是城牆。
走到底就是入口。
裡面分兩個部分，前半部是文物展示；後半部是庭園。
往庭園走。
進來後，左手邊有座湖，倒影很漂亮！
建築看起來很新，那是因為這是 1998 年重建的。
走到底沒路，要左轉。
接下來有橋連接湖中的建築。
走到底有座涼亭。
再往前走。
往出口走。
因為我們是用一天時間把平城宮跡完整走一遍，所以走到東院庭園時，已經是關門時間了，阿伯超好心，還等我們走完，感恩啊！
