攝計師真心不騙評價：此廟十分特別，絕無僅有。約在1900年時，有十三位彰化人來此築路，後因山崩，其中十二位不幸去世，為紀念他們的功德，居民們建廟祭祀。對特殊廟宇有興趣者，可順道一遊。

Yingting Shih’s Review Summary: This is a very special temple that you can’t find anywhere else. Around 1900, there were thirteen people from Changhua County who came here to build roads. Twelve of them died because of the landslide. To commemorate the merits of building roads for the residents, residents built temples to worship them. Those who are interested in special temples can take a trip.

你在林朋巷會看到這個路口，往右，順著坪林林道往上走。

上來後會看到這棵大樹，旁邊就是停車場。

路對面就是十二故君祠。

往下走。

左手邊有沿革。

走到底就是十二故君祠。

右下方就是濁水溪。

廟前有一廣場，視野非常好！

再來有金爐和洗手台。

再來是永隆宮，供奉福德正神。

旁邊就是十二故君祠。

接下來回頭。

上來後，左手邊有涼亭和廁所。

坐在涼亭不只涼快，視野也是無敵好！
