Yingting Shih’s Review Summary: The Sun Lake was shaped like a crab holding a lake, so it was formerly known as Crab Tube Lake. The lake has 3.645 hectares and is almost unspoiled. There is a trail around the lake. The ecology inside the trail is great, you can shoot a lot of different animals and plants. In addition, there is a building used by the early inhabitants to defend, because it looks like a cabinet, so it is called a gun cabinet. If you need to dine, there is a restaurant on the shore of the lake called Taiyang Hupan Cafe, which serves the local ingredients. You can try it!

旁邊是香草菲菲，裡面也有餐廳。
進來後，左手邊有萬善祠，右手邊小路是環湖步道的出入口，我們等等從這裡回來。
再往上走。
左手邊上去就是太陽埤槍櫃（銃櫃仔）。
上來後有個觀景平台，可以鳥瞰宜蘭平原。
旁邊有很多當時的防御工事。
上去觀景平台瞧瞧。
回到入口，繼續往前走。
左手邊是步道入口，等等再回來走。
步道旁這座建築裡有廁所。
右手邊就是太陽埤。
走到底就是咖啡館。
一進來有兒童遊樂設施。
右手邊都是座位區，有分室外和室內。

吃完後，準備去走步道。
上去繞著湖走一圈就可以。
左手邊就是剛才去過的槍櫃。
再來整片都是果園。
往上走，太陽埤就在右手邊。
一直往上走就對了。
這步道很原始，生態很棒，要仔細觀察，很多小動物。
走到制高點，下面就是蘭陽平原。
也可以看到香草菲菲。
再往上走就到頂了。
小動物拍不完啊！
到這個路口就要開始下坡了。
往下走。

走過茶園。
這裡就來到太陽埤的另一頭。
這裡也可以看到蘭陽平原。
再往下走，右手邊有自來水公司深溝給水廠內城配水池。
再往下就回到入口，左手邊這棟就是香草菲菲。
