攝計師真心不騙評價：清朝時，台南南鯤鯓五府千歲曾巡狩澎湖，信眾們為了感謝神恩，便集資雕塑了朱府王爺。到日治時期，居民建廟以供奉王爺，並命名為北辰宮。因為北辰宮就在最熱鬧的中正路上，有到馬公可以順道一遊。
Yingting Shih’s Review Summary: During the Qing Dynasty, “Wufu chiensui” (Plague Gods) of Nankunshen Temple in Tainan visited Penghu. In order to thank “Wufu chiensui”, the believers gathered to sculpture Zhu Wanye. During the Japanese occupation, residents built temples to worship Zhu Wanye and named the temple Beichen Temple. Beichen Temple is on Zhongzheng Road, , the most lively street in Magong. If you travel to Magong, you can stop by.
