攝計師真心不騙評價：楠西北極殿為楠西地區信仰中心，相傳每逢廟後方火燒山時，楠西就易生火災，為鎮壓住煞氣，居民決定建廟供奉玄天上帝。廟宇經數次修建，目前建築為2004年重修成果，對廟宇有興趣的人，可以順道一遊。

Yingting Shih’s Review Summary: Nanxi Beiji Temple is the center of faith in the Nanxi area. It is said that when the mountain is burned in the back of the temple, Nanxi is prone to fire. In order to suppress the fire, the residents decided to build a temple to worship Xuanwu. After several constructions, the current building was rebuilt in 2004. Those who are interested in temples can take a trip.
