攝計師真心不騙評價：永興家園建於1933年，佔地一千三百餘坪，原屬林邊望族阮家所有，又名阮家花園。後來房子賣給林氏家族，便以永興海產店之名，改名為永興家園。 目前此處並未開放參觀，但從外觀仍可見當年造景之華麗。對文化和建築有興趣者，可以順道一遊。

Yingting Shih’s Review Summary: Yongxing home was built in 1933 and covers an area of 1,300 ping. It was originally owned by a famous family of Linbian, also known as Ruan Garden. Later, the house was sold to the Lin family and renamed Yongxing home in the name of Yongxing Seafood Store. It is not currently accessible to visitors here. But from the appearance, it is obvious that the scenery was gorgeous. Those who are interested in culture and architecture can take a trip.
